If you’ve dreamed of augmenting your genealogical knowledge by higher education, but felt your college days were long behind you, GRIVA’s November program may change your mind.

Jane Dowrick will speak on the Spring class offerings of The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). OSHER offers an extensive array of courses including sessions on history, genealogy and library topics. These classes are a combination of undergraduate credit courses for audit, special interest mini-courses, free lectures, community service projects, performing arts events and more.

Join us on November 23, 2010 at 1:45 p.m. at the Bon Air Presbyterian Church, 9201 West Huguenot Road, Richmond, Virginia. There will be a short GRIVA meeting before the program with refreshments and social time afterwards. Our meetings are free to the public and visitors are welcome.
